Taped neck inside hood, drawstring eyelets and fluorescent bar tacks on the pockets. Kangaroo pockets with 1 fluorescent phone pocket. 2x2 lined ribbed cuffs and hem. Half-moon finish at the neckline to facilitate decoration access inside. Tear-away brand label.
