Privacy policy

Top-Tex Group (the data controller) is a limited liability company with a single shareholder whose head office is located at 10 avenue du Girou, Villeneuve-lès-Bouloc (31620), France and registered in the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register (registration number: 388 833 477). Top-Tex Group is part of Tex- Groupement also located at 10 avenue du Girou, Villeneuve-lès-Bouloc (31620), France and registered in the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register (registration number: 752 032 888). Top-Tex Group and Tex Groupement are joint controllers (hereinafter “we”) for certain processing operations mentioned in this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy").

EDOS, whose head office is located at 9 rue Schimper, Strasbourg (67000), has been appointed as Data Protection Officer for Top-Tex Group and Tex Groupement.

The Policy aims to inform you in particular of the principles that govern the way we process your personal data, as well as the purposes pursued by the main processing operations carried out by Top-Tex Group and Tex Groupement.

For above-mentioned purposes, we process data relating to your identity (last name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, position held in the company) and economic and professional data (bank details of the company in which you work, credit card details) and any nominative information appearing on documents associated with the processing activities carried out.

In this context, these personal data is processed for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes pursued, taking into account the applicable data retention periods, in particular:

  • Customers : five (5) years from the end of the business relationship;
  • Prospects: three (3) years from the last contact with the prospect;
  • Suppliers: five (5) years from the end of the commercial relationship.

The recipients of the personal data are (strictly in consideration of the purposes pursued):

  • Tex Groupement’s and Top-Tex Group’s internal departments, including directors, sales department, accounting department, IT department, marketing department and CSR department;
  • The other companies of the group;
  • Our IT providers;
  • Our marketing providers;
  • Our carriers;
  • Banks;
  • Our certified public accountant;
  • Financial auditors;
  • Our debt collection agency;
  • Our credit insurance and the insurance broker.

In the context of our processing activities, data is transferred outside the European Union by one of the IT providers, the company CloudFlare. When your personal data is transferred outside the European Union, we try to systematically take all the necessary measures to ensure that the recipients guarantee the respect of an adequate level of protection equivalent to the national and European regulations, including the use of standard contractual clauses and the application of technical, organizational and legal measures to frame these transfers.

3. Security measures implemented

We are committed to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, availability and security of your personal data. In accordance with Article 32 of the Regulation, we endeavor to implement appropriate technical, logical and organizational measures to ensure the most appropriate level of security to the risks involved in processing your personal data. We also put in place measures to prevent, as far as possible, any loss, accidental destruction, alteration and unauthorized access to your personal data.

4. Terms and conditions for exercising rights

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access and rectify your personal data (right of access and right to rectification);
  • Object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons (right to object);
  • Within the limits provided by the law, request that the processing of your data be restricted or that personal data be deleted (right to restriction of processing and right to erasure);
  • Request the portability of your personal data (right to portability).
